Recover account access

If you have forgotten your password or username, enter the email address used to register your account.

Account recovery

We will send you a secure link to set a new password. The email will also include your account username.

Did you receive our 7th anniversary email?That means a EuroAion game account is registered to that email address. Use that address for recovery.

  1. Open the email from EuroAion. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
  2. Follow the link within 30 minutes.
  3. Set a new password and log in.

No access to that email address?

If you can access your email, you do not need to contact support: the password reset email also includes your account username.

If you cannot access the email address, recovery is handled manually. Include everything you remember about the account in your request to help confirm ownership.

What to include in your request
  • the exact or possible email address;
  • the possible username;
  • names and details of characters on the account;
  • approximate dates of account creation and last login;
  • payment receipts, if you made donations;
  • old character screenshots, especially from before level 65.
